Delete your Circle account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on the web:

  1. Sign in at Circle (or open the Circle app).
  2. On My dashboard, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
  3. Type your password to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, websites, blog posts, social posts, link page, saved shorts, shared shorts and settings are deleted right away. An active subscription is cancelled.

What is kept

Payment records are kept by Circle and Stripe for as long as tax and accounting law requires (usually 7 years).

Can't sign in? Email support@circleposusa.com from your account email and we will delete it within 7 days.

계정 삭제 방법

앱 또는 웹에서 로그인 → 내 관리 화면 맨 아래 "내 계정 삭제" → 비밀번호 입력. 계정 · 웹사이트 · 글 · 링크 페이지 · 저장한 쇼츠가 바로 삭제되고, 구독은 해지됩니다. 결제 기록은 세법에 따라 보관됩니다. 로그인이 안 되면 가입한 이메일로 support@circleposusa.com 에 요청해 주세요(7일 안에 삭제).

Eliminar tu cuenta

Inicia sesión en la app o en la web → Mi panel → al final, Eliminar mi cuenta → escribe tu contraseña. Se borran de inmediato tu cuenta, sitios, publicaciones, página de enlaces y shorts guardados, y se cancela tu suscripción. Los registros de pago se guardan según la ley. ¿No puedes entrar? Escribe a support@circleposusa.com desde el correo de tu cuenta (lo eliminamos en 7 días).

在应用或网页登录 → 我的控制台 → 页面底部 删除我的账号 → 输入密码。你的账号、网站、文章、链接页和保存的短视频会立即删除，订阅也会取消。付款记录依法保留。无法登录？请用注册邮箱发送邮件至 support@circleposusa.com（7 天内删除）。
